This ale has a perfect blend of Admiral, Centennial, Citra and Jester hops with aromas of apricot, grapefruit and tangerine. We’re especially excited for the Jester hops because our brewing partner, Summit Brewing Company, is one of the few U.S. brewers fortunate enough to have access to Jester hops.
‘Jester is a remarkable hop – it has intense aromas of lychees, citrus and tropical fruits – and so far it has proved to be a good hop to grow. It’s becoming a real British Hop “rock star”,’ noted, Alison Capper, from Stocks Farm, UK.
