As the month of February begins, old favorites are starting to pop back up on tap. We have been hard at work keeping up with demand from our markets. Brewing batch after batch of classic Irish Amber. The tanks have been full since the production transition to solely Minneapolis. If you have been to the taproom recently, you may have noticed the brewers working later than normal and a canning line is humming one to two days a week.
