July! America! Fireworks! Beer! This is the time to celebrate post-quarantine life by cooking out, hanging out with your friends again, eating s’mores, and most of all, divulging in a glorious craft beer. It has been great to see your faces back at the taproom. Blood Orange Pilsner seems to be flowing out of our taps—Jared and I have been busy making more than we originally intended. We had set out to only brew 80 barrels, but with the high demand, we have surpassed 180 barrels. Amazing job, beer drinkers!
